Shown living at 1600 Pendleton are the following:
The Cathcarts living at 1003 Richland and 1126 Elmwood descend from James Cathcart, Sr., and not Samuel Cathcart, Sr. (both of these being "big four" Cathcart brothers):
Finally, Miss Sadie Cathcart, a stenographer at the Mills Avenue store, and living at 515 Indigo is a mystery. The closest match would be the daughter of J William & Janie Turner Cathcart (granddaughter of Joseph Harvey & Sarah Garrison Cathcart). Since this Sadie appears with her parents in York County, South Carolina in both the 1900 and 1910 census enumerations, this young stenographer would appear to be a different Sadie.
