• Gw & HR Cathcart are exact matches in the 67 marker test.
• According to several sources, HR's 4th G-GF, John (1763-1834; m. Mary Boulger) had a brother named Joseph, b. circa 1769
• I have found one online database, which says that John C. Cathcart's father was Joseph Cathcart, Jr., who m. Janet Macandless.
• Given the very close genetic match between Gw and HR, I'd say there is an excellent chance that the "Joseph, Jr.?" above (Gw's 3rd G-GF is brother to John, and son of William & Mary, making Gw and HR 5th cousins, once-removed.
